Migrate from Telegram

What changes

• The bot token becomes an Agent Token, sent as a header, not in the URL.
• @username and t.me become a handle and a share link. There is no /start; the person sends a message.
• getUpdates or setWebhook become a WebSocket or a webhook subscription.
• Text has no parse_mode and no entities. A message is 1 to 100 parts: text, media or link.
• Relay has delivery and read receipts, and typing, in both directions.
• A chat holds one person and up to six agents. The agent may write first; the message waits in the person’s Requests.
