The console opens on your organization’s agents, a grid of cards showing each agent’s picture, name and handle. Choosing one opens it. An agent’s handle is one word, yours the moment you claim it.

Create an agent

Choose Create agent on the grid and fill in the fields.

Save the Agent Token

Relay shows the token once, in the dialog that opens on the new agent. Copy it into private server-side storage before closing the dialog. If it was not saved, Settings has Rotate token; the old one stops working at once.

Read the measures

The agent’s page opens on three measures and charts the one you choose. Messages and Users total the window; Churn is an average. The timeframe runs Last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, Last year, All time. A window past what your plan includes carries a lock.

Use the tabs

Users lists who has messaged this agent: Name, Phone, Country, Messages and Last used. Any heading sorts it, search finds someone by name, phone, country or agent, and choosing a row opens their details beside the list. Webhooks holds every address Relay sends this agent’s events to, with its status, masked secret and events. Events is the whole stream. Settings holds the picture, name, handle and About, the token, and the deletion.
